Refund Policy
This policy is applicable if you have paid for in-person consultation, télé-consultation or video-consultation through Bharat Treatment.
- Refund of payment will only be applicable before the confirmation and at least 24 hours before the consultation.
- The fees will only be refunded if the concerned doctor cancels the appointment after the confirmation.
- Fees paid for video consultation or tele-consultation will only be refunded if you do not get a call from team Bharat Treatment within one day. (not applicable if the next day is a public holiday)
- In case there has been any transaction failure, be assured, the amount will be refunded.
- The amount that is refundable will be credited to the same credit card/ debit card or bank account from where it was transacted.
- If the user does not show up, there will be no refund but if the doctor does not show up, the patients are entitled to a refund.
- The refundable amount should reflect within 7 working days from the initiation day of refunding.
- Immediately report to the given mail id if you do not get a confirmation while you submit the payment information.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation would be applicable if the appointment is rescheduled.
- Cancellation is only applicable if the cancellation is approved by Bharat Treatment at least 24 hours ago before confirmation from us.
- Cancellation is applicable if the doctor is not available.
