Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is applicable if you have paid for in-person consultation, télé-consultation or video-consultation through Bharat Treatment.

Refund of payment will only be applicable before the confirmation and at least 24 hours before the consultation.
The fees will only be refunded if the concerned doctor cancels the appointment after the confirmation.
Fees paid for video consultation or tele-consultation will only be refunded if you do not get a call from team Bharat Treatment within one day. (not applicable if the next day is a public holiday)
In case there has been any transaction failure, be assured, the amount will be refunded.
The amount that is refundable will be credited to the same credit card/ debit card or bank account from where it was transacted.
If the user does not show up, there will be no refund but if the doctor does not show up, the patients are entitled to a refund.
The refundable amount should reflect within 7 working days from the initiation day of refunding.
Immediately report to the given mail id if you do not get a confirmation while you submit the payment information.

No cancellation would be applicable if the appointment is rescheduled.
Cancellation is only applicable if the cancellation is approved by Bharat Treatment at least 24 hours ago before confirmation from us.
Cancellation is applicable if the doctor is not available.
